These terms cover your use of loderesearch.com and Lode Crypto Score. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Lode Research is a trading name of Ozgun Akdegirmen, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, at 45 Knightstone Beacon, Knightstone Causeway, Weston-super-Mare BS23 2AD. Contact: [email protected].

2. What Lode Crypto Score is

Lode Crypto Score is a screening tool. It collects public data about crypto tokens and ranks them by filters and criteria that you choose. A score measures how well a token fits the criteria you set; it is not a forecast of price.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We do not know your circumstances. Presets, including the built-in GEM default, are examples of how the tool can be set up, not advice.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated in the UK. You can lose all the money you put in. Make your own decisions, and take independent advice if you need it.

4. The data

The data comes from third parties, including CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, CoinMarketCap, GitHub, ICODrops and exchange public APIs. It is refreshed about once a day. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a token's listing, supply or team information can change without notice. Check anything important at the source before you act on it.

5. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. You must be 18 or over. Keep your password private and your email account secure: anyone with your password, or with access to your email (which can reset it), can sign in as you. One account per person; accounts are not to be shared or resold. An account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at once; signing in on another signs out the one used least recently.

You can delete your account at any time from the site. Deleting it removes your saved setups, portfolios and share links.

6. Free and paid plans

Accounts are free. Some features, such as creating share links, are only available on Pro accounts. We plan to offer Pro as a paid plan later. Before anyone can buy it, we will publish its price and payment terms here and email account holders. You are never charged unless you choose to subscribe.

7. Fair use

You may not:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Shared setups

When you create a share link, the setup's name, filters and criteria become visible to anyone with the link. You can stop sharing at any time.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running, but it is provided as it is, without a promise of being uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features.

10. Our liability

We are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for decisions made using the site or its data. Our total liability to you for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a significant change we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts. If you're a consumer living outside the UK, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you that can't be changed by agreement.
